Easily fits as described and easy to clean.Originally when i got the litter box that goes with this i chose the lid less option because i thought why would i pay $30 more for a lid ? But quickly realized i needed the lid so when my cat digs a hole to China she doesn’t get litter everywhere. So i bought the lid on here but little did i know when you get the lidless option they don’t put the holes in it so if you want to buy a lid later it doesn’t click in. It still works just fine , i just set it on top it doesn’t necessarily need to click in. Makes it easier to take it off for changing the box out but just a heads up if anyone is debating on getting the one with the lid or notniceIf you bought the crazy expensive automated litter box, you need this to keep the litter, and cat spray inside the box. This really should come with the machine and is rather ridiculous to have as a separate purchase. The cost is to high for a half a plastic bowl/tunnel. They have us by the wallet, it fits and it works and is a must have for the machine. I recommend purple for no reason.Great privacy and fit for the First Generation ScoopFree self cleaning litter box. You just place it on and the ridge lines up just inside the top of the box. That allows it to sit on top and not slide around if bumped. Grateful for this version of covers for the box.I order this because my cat makes a bit of a mess even though it self cleans. He gets the little rocks everywhere and I hate stepping on them in my brand new socks. I did not know about this until I simply search on amazon cover tops, and found this one. It does help, but because my cat is mean, he still manages to find a way to get the pebbled rocks on the floor again. The only issue is, I just sat it on top because I didn't see any clamps to lock it into, over all it does knock down the mess a bit. I like it.I previously bought the self cleaning litter box but without the lid. My cat was making a mess outside the box because she played with the crystals and there were crystals all over the floor.Now with the lid there's no more mess.Absolutely recommend this product!The cover looks good with the entire set up but holds all the bad smell in the litter box so my cat hates it. I will be good if there's a vent on the top.Definitely reduces the amount of litter that gets out of the box. However, and I don't know if it's because there are different sizes and I bought the wrong one, it doesn't attach securely and is kind of easy to get knocked out of place.My cat loves to kick kitty litter around, this works well! At least it's only the opening where litter gets outGood enough product, it's a hood for the litter box so it does what it says. My issue is more with the scoop free box itself, the way the hood goes on, the cats have to step over the waste trap thing which is a little inconvenient for them as it is about 5 inches to step over to get into the box. Also one of my cats hates the hood and refuses to use the box anymore, though that isn't a fault of the hood, just kind of a waste of money on my part since I can't use this anymore.
