The mop is light weight and easy to use. Cleans my floors the way it should.Could possibly be user error, but I have tried everything and I cannot get the thing to ring out. I was so excited when I saw this on Amazon. It works even better than my old one. I don't know how it does it but it gets into every crevice of my travertine and cleans out the dirt! And your hands never have to get wet!Is a good mop, cleans easily, long handle, good price. Couple things I don’t like, it has an Unadjustable handle, also there were other mop around the same price but comes with extra mop head, yet for this one we have to purchase separatelyLooks like a quality product. Time will tell on durability.
