Ultrafine Chenille Slippers for Dusting & Mopping - Soft Microfiber Cleaning Shoes - One Size Fits Most - Perfect for Hardwood Floors, Tile & Laminate Cleaning

I purchased one of these mop sleepers for the first time at a Japanese store locally for $3 and even though I love cleaning my floors with them, they started to wear out more quickly than I hoped. I guess you get what you paid for. I still like the fact that when I wear them, they seem to keep my floors cleaner longer than when I just wore flip flops. I don't find myself mopping the floor as often. For this reason, I wanted to find better ones so I started looking in Amazon. This pink pair is one of several different pairs of mop sleepers that I have purchased from them the last month, including the purple one from Evriholder and the ones from Zebratown that you can put with shoes on. This is one from Paialco is one of the better ones out there. The chenille sole actually is more dense (The "fingers" are closer together and I actually counted them to compare. Another one with thicker sole is the pink one by Sleeper Genie with the bow). I've been wearing the Zebratown ones and love wearing them around the house (even dancing and skating with them on our slippery laminate floors) and today, I decided to try this pair. Like the other ones, they keep my feet warm (I don't like wearing socks) and these ones feel more soft and comfortable due to thicker sole and overall. They also appear more durable so I expect them to last longer. I love that the bottom part can be removed and washed separately. My feet are size 6 and the sleepers look like size 7 or 8 so they are perfect. I plan to purchase them again in the future after they wear out. I'm giving them 4 stars cause I just started wearing them and I'm not sure how long they'll last. But so far so good.I managed to break my swiffer when I was trying to clean a particularly stubborn stain, so I decided I was done with it and would use my microfiber dustmop exclusively (almost my whole house is laminate, and it puffs up if it stays wet, so I use spray cleaner only). I got these to clean tougher stains - since they go on your feet, I knew they'd withstand lots of pressure, and I don't want to break the dustmop. The reviews that state they do very little in terms of dusting are correct. But, that's what my dustmop is for. I used them to clean my bathroom floor today after spraying it with cleaner and it worked fine. You can't go forward and back to scrub hard or they'll fall off, but you can go side to side. I found that the velcro acted as a moisture break so my feet didn't get wet at all even though I did the entire bathroom floor. There was no color transfer to my white tile floors, which I had been a bit worried about. They came out of the washer just fine afterwards.After one washing, I like them. Until I read the review, I didn't know that the bottoms could Velcro off for washing. Not much material was lost in the wash. I line-dried them because I use dryer sheets and fabric softener is not good for towels and dusting supplies. My foot is a 7.5 WIDE and because of that, it is a tight fit across and it fits very well in the length with the same amount of spare slipper at the front and back of the slipper. The photo is after wearing for a week and separated before its wash. This was a great find for wearing on the brick kitchen floors, and the wooden hallway floors.I'd been wearing these slippers for years, but it wasn't until they ripped and I had to throw them out that I realized they really did keep our kitchen floor cleaner in between real moppings. They are also super comfortable when the mop fabric is newly washed. The only issue is that the pink slippers are small; no way would they fit more than a size 7 or 7.5. I used to have green slippers in the same material that were a little bigger, but I can't seem to find those anymore. I thought I'd found them on amazon, but the ones I bought didn't fit well at all and were a much cheaper material.First time buying this brand. I like that they have a little padding and are softer than the other brands, but they run very large. Cannot keep them on without a pair of heavy socks on. I do also like that the bottom (dustmops) seem to be a little better made than other brands. Just wish they were really 6-10, more like 7-10.I wear these all the time! They obviously don't work like traditional cleaning methods do but they still do some clean up on hardwood floors and are comfy to wear.These slippers are the best slippers for people who have ceramic tile floors!We have no carpeting in our Condo, my Husband & I are both in our 70’s & truthfully these slippers grip the tile & do not allow me to fall, whereby other slippers can cause falls on tile.These slippers were ordered by my Husband for me specifically for the above reason.I like the idea. Unfortunately, the sizes are not accurate. The largest they should list is 6 to 8. They definitely DO NOT fit a size 10 foot.These slippers are my favourite, not to mention a conversation piece when guests come over. They are not for the elegant slipper types but I enjoy that they don't make a sound when I wear them on my hard wood floors. I can remove the Velcro bottoms to wash them and they help me keep my floors clean. I previously got gifted neon green slippers and wore them out. Finally found them again here in Amazon so I bought two. I wear a size 8 so they fit as expected. I wish they came less colourful but I'm only wearing them in my house!These are actually pretty great! I love that you can take them apart and toss them in the washer without having to wash the slipper as well. Helps with dog hair between the 500 vacuuming times per week haha !I wore it for 2 quarantine months straight and it began falling apart.its a great product....just doesnt fit a size 10, thats for sure....lol....but I gave them to my mom as a present and she loves them!Good
